Thank you Richard Eskow! With all the talk of candidates and "red lines," why isn't this our red line? Anyone who crosses it, as all of our current politicians have done, cannot be supported. Any and all other reasons are no more than, as Dylan said, "a candle lit into the sun."

"Ellsberg stared into the abyss more closely than most and spent life fighting what he saw. Now with obituary publish and testimonial read, it’s up to us to look in a mirror and face of a world most would rather not see. As defense, Ellsberg studied annihilation for years, kept death secrets until he knew time to speak. He watched machinery of Armageddon then knew it was time to act. He found his life’s work. He stopped the war.

Many of his contemporaries and all others who helped stop Vietnam didn't win the class war. The wealthy won their war on the rest of us. I was drafted 1970. Fort Ord. 4 months later temporary stationed at Presidio. There In my first week I applied for conscientious objector status, settled for stateside fatigue wearing office work. My first week in boot camp, Kent state signaled that turning point in the war. I learned enough in boot camp to resist however I could. I still say the sense of comraderie never goes away.

The Elon Musk big rig truck BEV teckh is a Monumental waste of limited battery resources no matter how many miles more they may charge up to next. THE real problem is: We drive too much, truck and ship essential goods too far, ship air freight and/or fly anywhere as a mildly amusing recreational pasttime or business/vacation.

On these grounds, plug-in hybrid PHEV tech should be reconsidered as "indispensable"

particularly for long haul freight truck. While we're waiting for PHEV+H that toyota could'a had one done builded yesterday. Technically, a PHEV+H can deliver 2x the equivalent MPG vs fuel cell EV tech HFCEV. PHEV+Hydrogen stores at lower pressure, in smaller-safer tanks.

Game time: Guess the number of household PHEVs (over ten years) vs the number of BEV big trucks? Well, for '1' BEV truck instead "500" households get an emergency backup power supply, matched to smaller less expensive solar array, tied into neighborhoods.

You should not be happy with Biden's energy plan for Big Truck Robot Charge-up stops
